Who are we?
NCTech is a street-level geospatial data company, specialising in high resolution 360 degree imagery and LiDAR. Our data is used across a range of applications within markets such as GIS / Mapping, Immersive Media, Telecommunications, Utilities and Government.

Our Customers: If you receive good and services from us , we will process your personal data because it is necessary for us to do when entering into a contract with you to provide goods and services. We contract with a third-party payment portal to process credit/debit card transactions on our behalf. If you are a business customer, we will process your personal data, including your professional contact details for the purpose of entering into and negotiating a contract with you and fulfilling the terms of that contract.
Electronic Marketing: We may process your personal data including your email, phone or text message contact details to send you information about products and services offered by NCTech. Depending on our relationship with you, we may market to you on the basis of legitimate interest, consent or soft-opt in if you have purchased goods and services from us previously and have not chosen to opt-out of receiving marketing from us.
