Role Overview 

The Growth Marketer role will execute on NCTech’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy, with a focus on end-to-end demand generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and brand growth. This role is central to scaling NCTech’s presence in key market segments, delivering a unified, data-driven approach to attract, engage, and retain customers while driving measurable revenue impact.

The role will own the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies that include multi-channel marketing, content creation, analytics, and customer insights, empowering sales and enabling NCTech to achieve its aggressive growth targets.

What You’ll Do

Demand Generation & Campaign Management

  • Own the development and execution of a comprehensive demand generation strategy to achieve pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Define multi-channel GTM campaigns, leveraging email, SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, content, and events to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
  • Define NCTech’s ABM strategy to efficiently target and engage high-value accounts.
  • Optimize campaign performance using analytics, continuously improving ROI through A/B testing and iterative adjustments.

Brand Growth & Content Marketing

  • Elevate NCTech’s market presence by crafting compelling narratives and delivering exceptional content across website, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging with customer pain points and develop sales enablement materials (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, and customer success stories).
  • Manage event strategy to position NCTech as a thought leader, including hosted/owned events, conferences, trade shows, and hosted webinars.

Analytics & Technology

  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms to orchestrate campaigns and ensure accurate tracking of leads and opportunities.
  • Build dashboards and reports to measure marketing effectiveness, highlighting the impact on revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Oversee website optimization for lead conversion and ensure alignment with SEO and SEM strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Revenue organization to refine ICP targeting, messaging, and lead handoff processes, enabling a seamless buyer journey.
  • Enable sales teams on key industry trends, customer segmentation, and NCTech’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with product teams to highlight customer insights that inform future offerings and market positioning.


What You’ll Bring

  • Five (5) plus years of B2B/B2G growth marketing experience including proficiency in demand generation, ABM, content, brand and events.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, search and display, digital ads, web analytics, or other analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Strong data analytics and visualisation skills to effectively communicate performance and business impact to the broader business.
  • Understanding of fundamental SEO and SEM principles.
  • Understanding of website and digital practices – website page builders, knowledge of HTML, 3rd party ad tags, and other forms of digital ad code.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to convey technical topics in a clear and easy to understand manner.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and organisational skills.
